Our Mission is simple, “To strengthen young people in their faith towards God by experiencing His presence enabling them to stand up for what they believe!” In this day and age it is becoming easier to allow things to pull our attention away from our Savior Jesus. If we aren’t careful we can forget about Him all together without even noticing. Think about it…we have tv, video games, music, movies, computers, internet, friends, school, and so much more that we can give our attention to that God can become obsolete in our lives. We can not permit that to happen!
Our relationship with God through Jesus Christ should be and is suppose to be number one in our lives no matter what! God wants good things for us and is waiting to use us but we have to put Him first in order for that to happen. Matthew 6:33 teaches us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness then everything else will be added to us. Having God as our priority allows everything else in our lives to be put right where it belongs! When He comes first our family will be stronger! When He is first we will do better in school and so the cycle continues.
About the Youth Pastor
Pastor Robert Conover
Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor
Robert A. Conover is a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center and DOMATA School of Missions. He has been in the ministry since 2002 when he joined the staff of Cornerstone Word of Life Church as the Youth Pastor. Even though Robert has only been full time in the ministry since 2002, he has been around it for his entire life as his father is a Pastor in Colorado. Robert enjoys seeing people’s lives changed by the power and the Word of God and has no plans of doing anything different.
Robert also enjoys sports of all types, is a radical Denver Broncos fan, and is married to the woman of his dreams Rachel.
